Send us a message below to arrange your private Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting. You attend on your own.
A MIAM is £125 per person and usually lasts around 45 to 60 minutes.
Before you get in touch
- Fee: £125 per person.
- Length: around 45 to 60 minutes.
- Format: online by video call, on Zoom or Teams.
- Court form or certificate: £35 if you need the relevant signed mediator confirmation after the MIAM and the requirements are met.
- Court deadline: if you have one, enter the date accurately when booking.
- Privacy: ask for a time when you can join from somewhere private and speak freely.
- Language: tell us if you need an interpreter or would prefer to speak Bengali or Hindi – we arrange it before your MIAM. Interpreters cost extra; ask when you get in touch and we will confirm the figure.
What happens after booking
You will receive the appointment details by email, along with the next step: the intake information needed before the meeting.
Your MIAM is a private meeting. It does not commit you to mediate with the other person.
Not sure you need a MIAM?
A free 15-minute chat is available if you are trying to work out the right starting point. It is not a MIAM, does not include a suitability assessment and cannot be used for a court form.
