Mediation for families in Ealing
Ealing runs from Acton and Ealing Broadway, with their large Victorian houses and Elizabeth line commuters, to Southall, the heart of Punjabi London, and out to Greenford and Northolt. We work with Punjabi and Somali families in Southall and with Polish, Indian and long-established households across the rest of the borough – and with a good many couples where one of you speaks English more comfortably than the other, which is something mediation can accommodate and a court cannot.
Ealing cases go to the West London Family Court in Feltham, which expects a MIAM before most applications. We hold MIAMs online within days and see couples in person in Ealing by appointment, in a private, neutral room. Interpreters can be arranged in Punjabi, Urdu, Somali, Polish and other languages.

Which court hears your case depends on where the children live, and the court confirms it when you apply. Before a C100 for children or a Form A for finances it expects a MIAM first, and our certificate is accepted at every family court in England and Wales. If proceedings have already started, mediation can run alongside them.
