Mediation for families in Enfield
Enfield stretches from Edmonton, one of the most crowded and youngest parts of London, to Winchmore Hill and Cockfosters where houses change hands for seven figures. We work with Turkish, Greek Cypriot, Bangladeshi, Somali and Polish families in the south of the borough and with longer-established households in the north, and in both the questions are the same: the children, the home and what each of you can afford.
Enfield family cases are usually heard at the Barnet Civil and Family Courts Centre in Finchley, which expects a MIAM before a C100 or Form A. We hold MIAMs online within days and see couples in person in Enfield by appointment, in a private, neutral room. Where children are involved the Government voucher pays up to £500 towards the joint sessions.

Which court hears your case depends on where the children live, and the court confirms it when you apply. Before a C100 for children or a Form A for finances it expects a MIAM first, and our certificate is accepted at every family court in England and Wales. If proceedings have already started, mediation can run alongside them.
