In your language
Tell us if you need an interpreter or would prefer to speak Bengali, Hindi or Portuguese – we arrange it before your MIAM. Bengali and Hindi are spoken by the mediator and Portuguese is available in house at no extra cost. Interpreters for other languages carry an additional cost, which depends on the language and the time needed, so ask about it when you first call or email and we will come back to you with the figure.

What not to send
Please do not send court papers, financial documents or detailed background by email before we have spoken. There is a proper time for those, and email is not the right place for them.
